If you've ever heard terms like frequency healing, biofeedback, or bio-resonance therapy, you may have wondered what they actually mean—or if they're something that could support your own wellness journey.
These are questions I hear often, and I completely understand why.
When I first began exploring holistic wellness, I discovered there was a lot of information available—but not always a lot of clarity. My heart has always been to make these concepts approachable, understandable, and free from unnecessary fear or confusion.
At Wholehearted Health & Wellness, I believe healing begins with understanding. My goal isn't to convince you that one approach is the answer to everything. Instead, I want to help you understand the different tools available and how they may support your body as part of a whole-person approach to wellness.
What Is Frequency-Based Wellness?
When I talk about frequency-based wellness, I'm referring to a gentle, holistic approach that looks at the body as an interconnected system rather than focusing on one symptom at a time.
Our bodies are constantly communicating.
The way we eat...
The quality of our sleep...
Our stress levels...
Environmental exposures...
Emotional health...
Daily habits...
All of these influence how we feel.
Rather than asking only, "What's wrong?" I like to ask a different question:
"What might my body be trying to tell me?"
Frequency-based wellness helps me gather additional information that supports those conversations.
I Believe the Body Is Wonderfully Connected
One of the things I love most about holistic wellness is recognizing how beautifully connected our bodies truly are.
When we're under chronic stress, our sleep often changes.
When our sleep changes, our hormones may become affected.
When digestion isn't functioning well, nutrient absorption can suffer.
When we're emotionally overwhelmed, our physical health often reflects it.
None of these systems work independently.
They're all communicating with one another.
That's why I believe it's important to support the whole person—not just one isolated concern.
What Is Biofeedback?
Biofeedback is one of the tools I use to better understand how your body may be responding to different stressors.
It's a gentle, non-invasive wellness technology that allows me to observe patterns and gather additional information about your body's current state.
I don't use biofeedback to diagnose illness or replace your healthcare provider.
Instead, I use it as another piece of the puzzle—helping us look at your health from a broader perspective so we can have thoughtful conversations about supporting your overall wellbeing.
What Is Biodynamic Resonance Therapy?
Another tool I incorporate is Biodynamic Resonance Therapy.
Many of my clients describe these sessions as peaceful, calming, and deeply relaxing.
While everyone's experience is unique, my intention is always the same: to create an environment where your body can settle, regulate, and move toward greater balance.
I don't believe healing should feel rushed or overwhelming.
Sometimes creating space for the body to rest is one of the most powerful things we can do.
How I Use the AO Scan
The AO Scan is another technology I use as part of my holistic practice.
It provides additional information that I consider alongside your health history, lifestyle, personal goals, and other wellness assessments.
Rather than relying on one single tool, I prefer looking at the whole picture.
Every person is different.
That's why I believe every wellness journey deserves an individualized approach.
Education Always Comes First
One thing you'll hear me say often is this:
Education comes before intervention.
I never want anyone to feel pressured into doing more than their body is ready for.
I believe understanding creates confidence.
Confidence allows us to make thoughtful decisions.
And thoughtful decisions often lead to more sustainable wellness over time.
Healing isn't about chasing quick fixes.
It's about learning to understand your body and supporting it with patience, compassion, and consistency.

We can't separate the body from the mind or the spirit.
Physical health influences emotional wellbeing.
Stress influences sleep.
Sleep influences hormones.
Nutrition supports every system in the body.

That's why my approach focuses on helping women and families feel supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they move toward greater balance.
